Ideal Last Minute Gifts | Blogmas Day 11

December 11, 2017

By now, you should hopefully have a huge percentage of your Christmas shopping. If you are not stressful and you are stressing, then I'm going to be sharing some ideas for gifts that you can give. All on the Amazon (meaning you can order them quickly and prayed) will be linked too.

FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Polaroid Film is always a great gift for those that love their Polaroid. This is quite a lot of money and they are gifted it is ideal. You can get a pack of 20 on Amazon for about £ 15 which is pretty good.

How To Take Great Photos is a lovely little book filled with photography tips and photographs. It teaches the basics of photography in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and also encourages the use of manual on car / program. This is great for those who love photography and are just starting out or just love coffee table books.

Wolfgang Tillmans 2017 Photobook I'm biased because Tillmans is one of my favorite photographers and his 2017 exhibition was so phenomenal but this gift is perfect for those who love photography and have an interest in documentary style. I was gifted this evening, I have never screamed so loudly, though that's because I am a complete photography nerd. This is £ 20 on Amazon.

FOR THE MUSIC LOVER

Vinyls are always a good option if you know the person. They're one of those presents that everyone loves to receive, music is always a good child or gift. You can get these on Amazon or at Urban Outfitters , I recommend The 1975, Halsey, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Nirvana, Amy Winehouse or Declan McKenna.

Concert Tickets  If you are fully aware that someone you love is going to a gig or a festival then the gift of gig tickets is wonderful. Ticketmaster even do gift cards so if something is not on sale right now I will not have any money for that.

Mixtapes, being the hopeless romantic that I am the idea of mix tapes / CDs will always be something that appeals to me. I have lost count of the amount that everyone has to say. They're such a personal gift and make it seem like you can spend a lot of time decorating the cover and making really cool track listings. The world is your oyster with this one.

FOR THE BEAUTY ADDICT

The gift of gift is the perfect gift for any beauty fanatic. Filled with so many full sized items and priced at just £ 30 this is such a steal - especially considering their eyeliner (which is included in this set) alone costs about £ 10. 'Tis the perfect gift to give.

Lush bath bombs are a great option, nobody can ever have too many bath bombs and pampering yourself is something people seem to do in the festive season. Another incredible Lush product that I've recently discovered are their highlighters, they're so pigmented and have such a beautiful shine to them.

FOR THE WALKING DAD JOKE

Cards Against Humanity is always a great gift, you can get extra packs and different themed ones too.

Superdrug have pulled out all the stops on their novelty gifts this year, you can find it here.

FOR THE ART STUDENT

Art supplies are bloody expensive and the word student will always suggest that they are probably a starving artist. Let them save money on art supplies and stock them up this festive season. Grab them a sketchbook, because you can never have many when you have six projects on the go at once. My personal favorites are Moleskine  and the quality and good quality they are.

Another good idea are some sketching pencils. Again, you can never have many and theres a chance that a lot of theirs have snapped, been used and abused and lost. I personally love Faber Castell (but that's just my opinion).

STILL CLUELESS?

Gift cards are always a good option, coffee shop vouchers, tattoo parlors, think outside the box when you get a gift voucher make sure it will be for something that they appreciate.
